Fred has thousands of hours of stick time on Creo / Pro-E cad software.  He has at least a dozen US  Patents for the unique items he has created in collaboration with the other members of teams in product design.

He also has experience in production support, and creating and implementing production lines and assembly lines, so you can be assured that his design process includes ensuring that the resulting parts are easily and affordably manufactured.

He has experience designing sheet metal parts, die cast parts, sand cast parts, extruded parts, injection molded parts, vacuum formed parts, rotational molded parts, welded assemblies, and more.  Products designed have ranged from low volume custom items to high volume consumer products.  Part sizes from an ounce to hundreds of pounds.

He also has significant experience in FEM analysis of parts prior to prototyping, to reduce product development lead times and ensure success of new designs.
